[OMS_MANAGERS] Coordinated Signage

Hi Kenna,

That's fantastic- and so exciting that the signs will be up soon!
It seems like signage has a big push from different foundations and
organizations right now.

I just looked Sea Reach up and they've got some photos on their website but
we would love to look at your design package if possible! Knowing the ODOT
regulations will be very helpful and it looks like they have a lot of
successful projects under their belt. Thank you for the suggestion!

Congratulations on your award for the project- that's so exciting and
definitely speaks volumes!
