[OMS_MANAGERS] Scarecrows in Coburg

Happy Fall!

Just wanted to share a few of our scarecrows around Coburg!  It's been a great way to get the community involved in a fun fall activity!  We have 26 people entered in the Scarecrow Contest and another 25 people who put up scarecrows for fun (both businesses and residents!
