[OMS_MANAGERS] Banner Brackets

Hello,

We are having issues with our brackets being able to withstand the winds
here in Gold Beach. The ones we purchased are under warranty and were
supposed to withstand our wind speeds but they continue to break. We are
reaching out to see if any of the other Oregon Main Streets have a company
they recommend for their brackets.
