We do not. But one thought is there a common thread or theme in some of the grants so that you may be able to tie a couple or three of the applications together.
Also in terms of a theme, remember there are other grants out there. We are going with a theme and have heard back from a couple of funders that they may have interest in funding that concept as well.
Also remember that there will be a grant again next year. So timing can weigh in as well. Is one applicant more shovel ready or could one project survive by waiting a year.
Finally are there other sources that could fill part of the applicant's need like Diamonds in the Rough or a Facade Improvement program.
While not formal, those have been in our thinking as we have gone through our selection process.
