[OMS_MANAGERS] Inclusive Backing Grant deadline March 1 - Main Street America

There are several rounds of this grant, each round is highlighting different types of businesses or business owners.  An owner from our downtown in West Linn was chosen in the first round, it was different criteria than this one.  Your business may fit one of the future rounds if it doesn't fit this one.  We have at least 4 businesses applying for this round.
