HI Rowan:
I would advise checking in with the City of Jacksonville Planner, Ian
Foster. I know the City has an advisory board to the planning/city council
regarding their historic buildings, developed a color pallette years ago,
etc. I know they just revisited all that in the last 2 years and Ian is
very good about sharing their information, policies, etc. They are right
in your back yard and it would be easy to relate with them although they
obviously have a serious historic component to their planning department.
Still could be very helpful in developing where you want to go with Cave
Junction.

Best of Luck!!
