[OMS_MANAGERS] Question: County Buildings in the downtown District

Good Afternoon Everyone,
Sheri suggested I reach out to you concerning a situation we are facing in Dallas.  The County has decided to open a mental health crisis center on our Main Street in downtown Dallas.  This facility will be open 24 hours 365 days a year.  Does anyone else have such a facility in the Main Street area in the downtown and how do you work with the issue?
Any information would be useful.
