Hello Darin,
That is exciting news, congrats!
Also it was great hearing from today on the zoom meeting. I look forward to visiting Klamath Falls for the conference in October. Your town and surrounding area is so beautiful.
Sincerely,
Stephanie

Klamath Basin Government & Elected Officials –
You may have seen a release from Oregon Heritage last week regarding the award of Oregon Main Street Revitalization Grants around the state. Attached is a media release that was just distributed that includes additional detail about the KFDA award. Our release was delayed slightly to avoid any complications with the closing of the real estate transaction, which finalized yesterday.
We are grateful to the Oregon legislature for allocating new funding to this program after the lottery bond sale was canceled during the pandemic. The program stimulates private investment in Main Street communities, and often brings to life projects that otherwise would not be feasible – such as the Arcade Hotel project. KFDA has received an Oregon Main Street Revitalization Grant in each of the three cycles it has been awarded (2017, 2019, 2021).
Thank you, and please let me know if you’d like any additional information.
