  1.  Mornings on Main call: Our weekly check-in call is canceled this week. We have our agency's annual all-staff retreat on Thursday. We will pick up next week where I will share the OMS strategic direction.



  1.  Developing a Strategic Plan Team Workbook: we developed a new strategic planning workbook for our Main Street communities on our website as a pdf and a fillable pdf. This step by step handbook will guide your board through the process to update your community vision and set strategic direction for your organization. We fill having these plans in place is essential for our main street communities and will be working with our communities over the next couple years to get them in place starting with our top tier organizations.
