[OMS_MANAGERS] La Mota

Has anyone had any success working with La Mota? We have a little park that
sits right next to a La Mota and we are working with a RARE student for
design and landscaping of the park. The park is owned by the City. The
issue is the wall of their building has a very old and muted mural on it.
We have not had luck getting a good contact and keep getting thrown back to
the same person out of Southern California that has no interest in our
project. We even offered to just paint it one solid color and that was also
a no. Just thought maybe someone had some ideas to get the building owner
(La Mota) to work with us to improve the space. I'm attaching an image for
reference.
