[OMS_MANAGERS] Online Auctioning platform

[Milton-Freewater Downtown Alliance]

We want to add online bidding for silent auction fundraising.  I found two
that look promising - GalaBid and RallyUp.   Has anyone used either of
these?   What others would you recommend?
