 Here is the contract that the Dallas Downtown Association has for employment for Executive Director or Program Manager and a copy of our employee handbook.    We have both  in word so we can modify it fit the position.  If you would like a copy of the word document, so you can change to fit your needs, please let us know.

I don't see one in the OMS document library so asking our colleagues here if someone has an employment contract for the executive director position they could share with us.
