[OMS_MANAGERS] Detailed Funding Sources Sheet - DDA

Hey Harvey!

The info from the salary survey is helpful, and we have used that, but it
only has percentages. We are looking for the dollar amount figures. We know
the ratios we want to shoot for, but we are looking at what that would mean
for us in terms of actual dollars in the grand scheme of things, and fully
realizing how much we need to scale up fundraising, membership, etc. Hope
that makes sense!
