[OMS_MANAGERS] City Welcome Sign

Hi all,

The North Plains welcome sign is in need of an upgrade. I was wondering if
anyone had any cool welcome signs to their city that they wanted to share.
If you have any good contractors that do those types of welcome signs I
would love their contact info as well.
