  4. MSA Small Deals Initiative Webinar: On February 13 at 12pm central time, Patrice Frey, Senior Advisor at Main Street America, will host a webinar to share an update on the work of the Small Deal Initiative (SDI). Patrice will share findings from recent survey research regarding the barriers to small-scale development, provide an update on key federal advocacy to drive new sources of federal funding to these projects, and share MSA's preliminary plans to pilot a program that will drive socially minded institutional capital to deals on Main Streets.
