[OMS_MANAGERS] Looking for Contract examples for Marketing Manager & Social Media Policy

Hello everyone,
Baker City Downtown is looking for example contracts for a freelance
Marketing Manager-type position. Prior to my hiring (Hello! My name is
Ariel Reker and I started as Executive Director January 9 - very excited to
get to know y'all!), BCD began utilizing a local freelancer to produce
marketing and social media content. We want to establish a formal contract
with this freelancer, as well as a Social Media & Marketing Policy. The
type of policy we are searching for would define the type and frequency of
social media and marketing content BCD members vs. non-members will
receive. Hope this makes sense, but let me know if our request is unclear
and I can try to clarify.

and a well-received policy to share!
