When completing our First Street Redevelopment project, the City of Woodburn worked with an arborist to compile a list of trees suitable for downtown (see attached).

We selected the highlighted trees due to their column growth pattern and deep root system.

The arborist we hired to complete this list is Morgan Holen & Associates should you have more specific questions.

Hello Everyone,

My name is Katy Keuter, and I am a RARE member serving in the City of Toledo. I am reaching out because our city is researching what are the best trees for Main Streets in Oregon. We are working hard on fixing up our Main Street and we want trees that will last and not pull-up our sidewalks. If anyone has any knowledge on this matter I would greatly appreciate it.
