The Oregon Dept of Forestry has an Urban Forestry division:  https://www.oregon.gov/odf/forestbenefits/pages/urbanforests.aspx

The City of Corvallis has an urban forester.  She may be able to be some assistance.  https://www.corvallisoregon.gov/parksrec/page/urban-forestry-staff

My name is Katy Keuter, and I am a RARE member serving in the City of Toledo. I am reaching out because our city is researching what are the best trees for Main Streets in Oregon. We are working hard on fixing up our Main Street and we want trees that will last and not pull-up our sidewalks. If anyone has any knowledge on this matter I would greatly appreciate it.
