Repercussions for Late Reports:
As of the start of 2023, the Oregon Main Street Coordinating Program will institute a probationary status for all communities that are 30 or more days late on report submissions. What does this mean for you:
*         Affiliated, Designated, and Accredited Communities: Loss of access to technical assistance from the coordinating program and a potential ineligibility for future grants.
*         Connected Communities: Removal from the Main Street Network and requirement to reapply in the future should your community wish to continue.

If within 30 days, communities return to compliance with the required reporting expectations, all privileges will be reinstituted. However, if reports are consistently one or more days late for consecutive quarters, additional action may be required.

National Preservation Institute (NPI) Streetscapes in Historic Districts 75 minute on demand, online training course: Streetscapes in historic districts are often redesigned without recognition of the unique historic features, such as pavement, street trees, and lighting, that defined the street during the period of significance.
