[OMS_MANAGERS] Question Regarding Board/Committee Procedures

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well! We're currently in the process of recruiting volunteers for our Regional Main Street program and working through the procedures we plan to follow in our future Board/Committee meetings. I wanted to check with everyone, is there a standard for how we run our Main Street Board/Committee meetings? Before I start writing out draft agendas, voting rules, etc., I thought I'd ask if anyone has any recommendations about how we should develop those policies. If anyone would be willing to share the procedures they use, we'd really appreciate it!
