We have “Ability to Complete the Project” on our application. Most folks write a ½ page at least. We catch that discussion a little in section 2 E “Ability & Capacity” but we should expand on that. I think we squished some sections to fit on the 2 pages 😊

Lise's rubric is great! The only thing I would add is a section on the ability for the property owner and/or the Main Street organization to complete the project. Capacity has been an issue for us in the past so we've chosen different projects that might not be the #1 on everything else, but are doable for us at our current capacity. Does that make sense?
