[OMS_MANAGERS] Do you have an agreement, RFP, and contractor agreement that you can share?

Hi!

We are new to the Oregon Main Street Program.  This is our first OMS
grant.  We would greatly appreciate your assistance to make sure that we
are crossing our t's and dotting our i's.  We need the following:

   - We need a sample agreement between the organization and the
   property owner for the work that we will be monitoring on their behalf.
   It's to make sure that they are following the criteria that is required of
   the grant.
   - A sample RFP would be helpful to us as well.
   - Do you have an agreement that you have signed by the contractor and
   your organization or is this something that the contractor signs with the
   property owner?

I hope that I have explained clearly what we need.
