[OMS_MANAGERS] Bookkeeper

[Executive Director]

We contract our bookkeeper. We pay roughly 500 a month and they do  our
books along with meet once a month with the Treasurer and ED. We do not
need a F/T bookkeeper as they average around 8-10 hours a month.
