Here is the survey that the DDA put out particularly on downtown. The results were really helpful. We received about 335 responses from the survey only through social media distribution. It was informative for the Association, but we are using it for a lot of data on the city side also (particularly in regards to parking/safety).

I just jumped onboard with the City of Dayton.  With impending growth and development in our future, we want to make sure the community is comfortable with initiatives being pursued downtown.   Can any of you share a community survey your city may have created in the past that addresses the same.  I don’t need the results, just the survey questions themselves.  Obviously some of the questions will be unique to your own city, but they too may spur thoughts of things we can add.
