[OMS_MANAGERS] Updates: Funding for OMS Revit Grant, Excellence on Main Awards, etc.

It is for the new biennium beginning on July 1, 2023, for new round of funding for the OMSRG. We are not sure yet if we will be able to offer in 2024 or wait until 2025. We will share more info when we know more.

Funding for Oregon Main Street Revitalization Grant:
Just wanted to share that both A-Engrossed HB 5030 and A-Engrossed SB 5506 were passed by the legislature yesterday. These two bills included funding for the Oregon Main Street Revitalization Grant. Typically, once the bills are passed, they go to the Governor for signature. We still are awaiting word on the timing of funding so we don't have much additional info to share at this time other than the good news that the bills passed.

Vacation:

Excellence on Main Awards Due July 14, 2023:
We know that there has been a ton of good work happening over the past year in our Network communities. Now is the time to reflect on your achievements and submit the people, projects, and activities that enhance the sense of place of your historic downtown. Attached is info about the awards, the award categories, nomination questions, and more.

Eligible Applicants: The Excellence on Main Awards is open to all organizations in the Accredited Main Street, Designated Main Street, and Affiliate Main Street levels.
