Hello Main Street Managers,

For all Accredited, Designated, and Affiliated communities:

This email is following up on last week's message to you all about the errors/glitches in the quarterly reporting workbook that Holly in Coos Bay brought to my attention. After looking at the problems she was experiencing and attempting to replicate them myself, I believe I have come up with the solution to the issue. Note: You may receive a pop-up on your computer when you are either downloading or opening this document related to enabling macros. If you get a version of this pop-up, please enable this, or click 'yes' or 'allow' when you open/download this document in order to make it function best. I have written several lines of coding into these worksheets in order for them to tabulate correctly and work in the way they do, without having macros enabled some of the functionality of the sheet will be lost. If you do not receive any pop-ups regarding this, your computer likely already has the feature enabled.

Please let me know if anyone else experiences challenges in opening the document and filling it out. I will continue to troubleshoot and keep you all as informed as possible.
