[OMS_MANAGERS] OMSRG - Resumes - disappearing from drop down

Heads up for those submitting an OMS revitalization grant.

I alerted Kuri and Sheri that "Resumes" is periodically disappearing from the dropdown for attachments. Kuri said they can be attached under "Other."
