We had the same issue and reported the problem. Here is what we learned...

This happens sometimes, it is a bug I have been looking into and have not yet figured out what is making it happen. The only thing you can do is to re-enter the missing information. sorry about that. Hopefully I can figure out the issue soon.

HEADS UP - the application is glitching in a different way. Now info is disappearing again.



This morning I shared that “resume” was intermittently missing from the attachment drop-down. We can use “other” make sure your file name and the description clearly state it is a resume and whose it is (Albany - Resume – Mayor or Briggs Building -Resume – Mayor Johnson)



Now “Project Info” is disappearing AGAIN! This is the third time I’ll have to put in ALL the info for this section (and play with the Lat/Long mapping). It was there when we submitted the draft to Kuri and the last time I looked earlier today all my sections were good. Now it’s got an exclamation point again. I’m proofing and will re-do that last. I hope it sticks.



This is yet another reason to work on and save EVERYTHING in a google doc/sheet or another method. Or you might find yourself rewriting your best work when you should be done and enjoying a beverage (or a nap).
