[OMS_MANAGERS] Seeking Sample Contract for Window Project

Hello everyone!
I am hoping y'all might have a sample contract for a project we are
launching here in Baker City as soon as possible.

We're calling it "Community Views Project". We are partnering with building
owners on our Main Street that are currently vacant/used as personal
storage to rent out their window wells for in-kind. We are partnering with
businesses and organizations that aren't in the district or do not have a
physical space to help advertise on Main Street. We will be charging the
businesses/organizations only $25 per month to maintain the windows and
change out the displays every month.

We are also offering murals too, but are trying to push this project more
since I have three volunteers dedicated to the project.

I'm hoping y'all might have similar projects in y'all's downtown! Would you
be able to share the contracts you use for your projects?
