[OMS_MANAGERS] Hanging Basket Program

Tyler, I am working on an outline for the Klamath Falls program, but I would suggest getting an outline from a community that is in the same type of climate as yours.  With the differences in climates, I am not sure ours would be very helpful. Our watering costs are about 90% of the entire budget due to heat and wind.
Let me know though, if there are specific questions that I can help with off line.
