[OMS_MANAGERS] Lighting project agreements w/property owners

Hi all - I am submitting an info request for the board chair in Oregon City. They are continuing to work on a lighting project of downtown, essentially a light canopy of café lights crisscrossing the street that are attached to the buildings. The lighting contractor posed the question what happens if the building is sold and the new owner doesn't want the lights attached to their building. Has anyone done a similar project and what type of agreement, if any, did you have with the property owner? Thanks!
