[OMS_MANAGERS] Murals

Hello all! Hope all is well!

Our design committee and Arts Commission are looking at possibly adding
murals, especially clarifying the line between public and private art,
easements, and maintenance agreements and updating our Public Art Policy.

Do you all have examples of your Public Art Policy? Also lessons learned
from murals on historic buildings, etc?
