We use the program jotform for registration of vendors. You build it to suit whatever kind of event you are hosting.  It does have a yearly fee, but well worth it if you host several events.

I have a question about vendor management for events.  Our Street Fest has become very successful over the years and we have been manually managing the vendors which has become very time consuming.
