[OMS_MANAGERS] Thoughts on Association Sphere Community Manager

Have never heard of Association Sphere and it looks like they have a
promotion that is several months old as a splash on their website.

We just did some research and settled on going forward with GiveButter for
a donation platform and keeping our website development separate.
