[OMS_MANAGERS] OMS Round-up: New executive director in La Grande, MoM, Grant Opportunities, Interesting Reads

Thank you Timothy, data like this is very helpful for us as we develop our
request proposals. I noticed that TLT funds are being used for more than
marketing in Union County as well. There is a lot of hesitation and
conversation regarding this same idea here in Baker. Can you shed some
light on this?
