[OMS_MANAGERS] Sample Special event Ordinance or permits

The City of La Grande is reviewing our permitting process for special events and looking for good examples from other communities of good special Event ordinances and or permits applications.

We work closely with our local Main Street program and a number of organizations that host a variety of downtown events and we're looking for a examples that are not overly complicated and restrictive for event organizers but are thorough enough to cover all the necessary information the City should have when granting the permit.

Any good examples that have worked well for your communities would be greatly appreciated.  You can share examples here on the list serve or email them to me at the email in the signature line.
