[Downtown Corvallis]

Hello all!

My name is Jen Waters and I'm the President of the forming Downtown
Corvallis Organization.

We are about to receive our nonprofit designation, but we are hoping to
avoid having to start all over in regards to policies and procedures,
finance policies, and other governance policies of the like.

If anyone would be willing to share some of their Governance policies, it
would be much appreciated.
