[OMS_MANAGERS] Conflict of Interest Policy

[City Club Forest Grove]

Hello,

Does anyone have a good conflict of interest policy I can use as a
guideline?  We are a small community and some of us are on 2 non-profits
which can conflict with each other. We need some language to help guide us
during that process.
