We welcome new executive directors in our Network as well as saying farewell
to others.

Fond Farewell to:

*	Jessamyn Grace West, Executive Director, Astoria Downtown Historic
District Association. Jessamyn is leaving the ADHDA to explore other
opportunities. Feeling the timing was good for her and the organization
after helping to solidify operations. She stepped in to her role with ADHDA
at a pivotal moment. During her leadership, she helped the organization
navigate taking on the beloved Astoria Sunday Market, update internal
procedures, solidify funding and staffing levels post-pandemic, and so much
more. Jessamyn is still in her position as they start the hiring process.
*	Kyle Todd, formerly with the Beaverton Downtown Association, has
accepted a position as a small business advisor with the Washington Small
Business Development Center. This is a great opportunity for him and a good
match for his skill set.

Warm Welcome to:

*	Branden Andersen, Executive Director, Newberg Downtown Coalition.
Branden has a deep background in journalism and has served as a reporter at
the Oregon Daily Emerald and Managing Editor of Flux Magazine, as well as
stints working at Portland Monthly Magazine and the Bend Bulletin. He also

career in sales and marketing. Most recently, he launched Newsberg to
provide a local, independent, non-partisan media outlet for the
Newberg-Dundee community.
*	Anna Curry, Executive Director, Pendleton Downtown Association. Anna
has a deep background working in mental health care with skills in coaching,
project management, case management, and supervisory skills. She is involved
in theater in the Pendleton area as well as volunteer as a soccer coach.

Commerce. Brittany has been involved with the Oregon Frontier Chamber as a
Community Ambassador and as a teacher for the entrepreneurship classes. She
grew up in Southern and Eastern Oregon having graduated from Burns High and
Eastern Oregon University as well as Grand Canyon University with a Master
in Business Administration.
*	Andrew Le, Executive Director, Beaverton Downtown Association.
Andrew was the Assistant Community Manager for Bridge City Community
Management in Clackamas and served on the BDA board of directors. He also is
the Student Ambassador & Ambassador Engagement Series Director with the
Asian America Youth Leadership/ Chinese America Citizens Alliance. He has
prior experience in financial services and workforce recruiting.

experience working with non-profits & hosting fundraisers for a variety of
organizations including Wonderworks Children's Museum, the Jerri Walker
DePriest Memorial Endowment Fund, the Mid-Columbia Health Foundation and
Fort Dalles Fourth. Most recently, Cynthia started and served as the
Executive Director for the Ranger Pride Education Foundation at Dufur
School. She previously worked with TDMS to create and implement the Main
Street Uncorked fundraising event. As a well connected and lifelong
community member of The Dalles, Cynthia is excited to bring her expertise,
positive energy, and bright ideas to The Dalles Main Street.
*	Rebbeca O'Rourke, Executive Director, Downtown Bend Business
Association. Rebecca has a deep background in marketing, events, and
