Dealing with the same problem!

We have started having our vendors, participants, sponsors, etc register
and pay online which helps create our excel spreadsheets. Squarespace will
basically create the list for you and properly categorizes them. Then you
just transfer to excel.

It’s way better, but it’s not a perfect system by any means.
