[OMS_MANAGERS] Artificial flowers

Thank you for your suggestions.  I wish we had the manpower to do the
hanging, but unfortunately volunteers are very hard to come by in our
community (not from lack of trying).  We have one volunteer (my daughter)
who waters all the flowers downtown, which is quite a few, and she would
just not be able to keep up with hanging baskets.
