Not artificial flowers but I have seen some things like Tigard’s glass ball baskets – which have more upfront costs but less maintenance costs:

Has anyone tried to hang artificial flower baskets from light poles instead of the real deal?  We have several pots and garden beds of live flowers and bushes that are well tended all, over downtown but don’t have the man power or equipment to keep up with hanging baskets.
