[OMS_MANAGERS] City TLT Agreements

Hi All,

One of our cities would like to have the Regional Main Street program use their Transient Lodging Tax funds to cover main street activities. Do you have any agreement/contract examples between a city and your organization to use TLT funds or something similar? We are wondering what to consider for this type of agreement. Thank you!
