Conversations with Oregon Funders (Virtual Event), Oct. 30

America 250 Oregon Update
The America 250 Oregon Commission was created through Senate Bill 1531<https://olis.oregonlegislature.gov/liz/2024R1/Measures/Overview/SB1531>, which was signed into law by Governor Tina Kotek on March 27, 2024. Chaired by the Oregon Historical Society's executive director, Kerry Tymchuk, the commission will coordinate and provide guidance for Oregon's official observance of the United States Semiquincentennial<https://america250.org/>. The commission will consult with the nine federally recognized Indian tribes in Oregon to meaningfully include Oregon's tribal history.
