[OMS_MANAGERS] Question

The Salary Survey is the best that Sheri and Cam put together but it needs
to be updated for 2024. I know our position in Medford has changed. We just
received an Agreement and $125,000 from our city. We did several study
sessions with the city and we did a full comparison survey to what other
Main Streets are receiving. We also shared the financial pillars of how
Main Streets are financially stable. Happy to visit with you Donna.

Attached is what we shared with the Council and City Staff. Please know we
are also looking at an Economic Improvement District (EID) so that was our
main push in the attached presentation.
