[OMS_MANAGERS] Communication SOP example

Hi all,

At our OMS Network meeting in July, there was a request for a social media action plan as an addition to our OMS sample guides. We have it on the "wishlist," but in the meantime, I came across this great example of the Communications standard operations procedure put together by the Heart of Biddeford main street organization in Maine. It includes their social media information but is a much more comprehensive example of an overall communications strategy. It includes links to some of their other support documents. Take a look and let me know what you think!
