[OMS_MANAGERS] Downtown Parking

Hi all,

We are looking at making changes to our long-term parking permit in our
downtown, Currently we provide free variances to business's employees and
residents who live downtown. We are looking to begin charging for these
permits and conducting more robust enforcement. If your downtown has a fee
schedule for a similar type of permit, would you be able to share that with
me? We would like to be able to model this program after another successful
community if at all possible. Thanks, everyone!
