[OMS_MANAGERS] Sandwich Board Sign Ordinance

Albany doesn't outlaw sandwich board signs, but we do manage them. Please find attached the Albany Police sign code brochure. There is a special section for Downtown. It allows one sandwich board plus and one open banner per business. When multiple signs showed up on one corner, I preemptively let the new business owner know they could do that, but pointed out that the bank on the other corner wasn't using an A-frame. With a quick conversation and a community connection, the issue was solved.

Does anyone have an example of a sign ordinance that prohibits sandwich board signs in a downtown? One of our towns are contemplating this issue.
