Oregon Main Street's Revitalization Grant requires adherence to the Secretary of Interior Standards. If you're curious about the standards and what that means for your grant application, or other historic preservation efforts on Main Street, this is the perfect opportunity to join Oregon State Historic Preservation Office's Restoration Specialist, Joy Sears, and ask any questions after the workshop.

  *   For all Connected Communities, your annual reports were due on December 31st, 2024. We will be moving communities at this level of the OMS Network that haven't completed the form to the inactive status at the end of January.
  *   For all Affiliated, Designated, and Accredited communities your Quarter 4 report is due on January 10th, 2025. Please submit accordingly.

Important Statewide Updates:
BOLI Updates Information on Salaried Exempt Employees | Access Link<https://www.oregon.gov/boli/employers/Pages/salaried-exempt-employees.aspx>
Earlier this summer, there were efforts to increase to minimum salary requirements nationally for this type of employee. Oregon BOLI has provided recently updated information on the track of this law. Please keep your organization informed of the rules surrounding your organization's particular circumstance.

"The City of North Bend is thrilled to announce that we've been awarded a $50,000 T-Mobile Hometown Grant to bring the North Bend Community Hub to life! This project will feature the T-Mobile Stage & Performance Corner as part of the North Bend Visitor Center Master Plan."

Travel Oregon's competitive grant process are open for letters of intent to apply for a tourism infrastructure or promotion project. Applicants must propose a project that focuses on either tourism infrastructure or tourism promotion that increases access and inclusion.
