[OMS_MANAGERS] Light Up walking blocks

[City Club Forest Grove]

Hello,

I have seen in some cities and malls where they have squares which light up
and/or change colors when you step on them.  We are looking for outdoor
ones we can build into the pavement of a new placemaking area in an alley.
Does anyone even know what these are called and where I would look to
receive more information?
